May 16 marked opening day for Glacier Raft Company's 33rd season on the Kicking Horse River!
Check out this new video which gives a great view of water levels at the moment.
We are currently rafting the entire river which includes the renowned and exciting lower canyon!
All of our guides have returned once again, which means unmatched experience and professionalism.
Isaac, our River Manager, has been with us for 13 seasons. It's no wonder he has earned the nickname "River Master".
This is Mike's 4th season with Glacier and he's also spent the past 2 winters rafting in New Zealand and Argentina.
Here's a big hit from opening day in the lower canyon. After the 4 km stretch of rapids there is a beautiful float through the canyon and town of Golden, BC.
No matter what the water level is at, the Kicking Horse always delivers a good adventure. That's why the guides come back year after year!
We hope to see you all soon!
Cheers from The Glacier Crew
