* All guests 19 years and older must read and agree to a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement prior to their rafting trip. Guests under 19 must be signed by a guardian. You can VIEW THE WAIVER HERE.
*If you’re loving your day and want to go further, let your guide know and they’ll make it happen. This is for rafters who are at least 12 years old and 90 lbs, and provided we still have space available. There is no guarantee. We'll charge the difference in price to the credit card we have on file. If your kids meet the requirements to raft the middle canyon, we recommend booking the Full Day Rafting Trip up front. It offers more excitement and it's the only way we can guarantee your spots.
*River conditions may result in the minimum safe weight and age for children to increase with little notice. While this is rare, we will do our best to contact affected bookings as soon as possible and we will offer an option to re-schedule or provide a full refund. All refunds go back onto the credit card used for the initial booking.
*We hold the right to cancel a trip if water levels fluctuate to a level that makes it unsafe for us to raft. Water levels are completely dependent on Mother Nature, so we may not know until the day before, or morning of the trip. Safety is the only consideration when making this decision. If we cancel a trip for this reason you will receive a full refund.
*The child rate of $89.00 applies to anyone who is 11 and under.
* There's a $5.50 Land Use Fee and 5% GST applied to all trips.
