Do you want to get right into the boat-smashing, wetsuit-soaking, scream-inducing whitewater? If you get excited by the names Table Saw, Roller Coaster and Terminator Rapids, this is the experience for you. It rafts the middle canyon of the Kicking Horse River, which is 12 km of spicy rapids spaced throughout.

Our full day is quite the ‘river rodeo’ and you can count on getting drenched by rapid after crashing rapid. You'll also get the chance to take a short walk up a narrow canyon to a beautiful cascading waterfall.

The Full Day Discovery starts with the calm upper canyon and works up to the big whitewater in the middle canyon. It’s a hearty, full day on the Kicking Horse and it's the most popular trip we offer. Once your adrenaline has been activated and the smiles are plastered to your faces, we feast on our riverside BBQ lunch.

Half-Day Family Adventure

If you’re travelling with young children, on a long awaited family outing, or just looking to gently cool off on a hot summer day - the Family Adventure is the trip for you!

Looking for fun adventures to have with your little ones? Our Family Adventure trip is suitable for kids as young as 4.

You’ll start your day off in Yoho National Park, floating down the Kicking Horse River. You'll experience the quintessential British Columbian forest views, endless mountain peaks, and even a chance to jump into the crisp, clean waters of the Kicking Horse for a swim.

There are some small bumps and splashes on this part of the river, but it's not a getting soaked kind of trip. It's a fast paced float through beautiful, mountain views and the perfect introduction to river rafting.

You'll stop at the scenic Fountain of Youth waterfall and head for a short jaunt up a little canyon. Take a drink or dunk your head and see if it lives up to its name. This upper canyon cruise is Class 1 with some class 2 - 2+ sections, as well.

This is the gentle and refreshing trip option for little kids and first timers.
